Sunken Courtyard

A stone and gravel courtyard for Rato Bangala School in Kathmandu features a grove of nine Kashmiri Almond trees forming an outdoor classroom for students, staff and teachers. The paving system is highly porous allowing for water infiltration and tree irrigation.
